No Sweat to me is more than just another fitness class. It's a whole
lifestyle that goes beyond what is taught in the class. You leave
feeling renewed, refreshed, and with a new outlook on fitness. It spills
into your everyday life, and makes you want to strive for more because
you feel this wonderful power within yourself that just makes you want
more. Also, after running 2 full marathons, my knee and hip joints were
hurting, I was hurting. I was beginning to think that I would have to
stop running altogether. Then my good friend introduced me to No Sweat
and Sue Luck-Claxton.
There's been no looking back since then. My legs are
stronger than ever, and I still love my running time, but more important
than that, I feel almost re-born. It's like I'm in the second phase of
my life. Phase one was being a full time mom to 3,and now, being a No
Sweat Instructor is Phase 2. When I feel that connection with
participants in the class, and I feel their excitement of discovering
what this work out does for them, the personal rewards go above and
beyond it being just a job.
Sue Luck-Claxton is the most inspirational,
motivational, professional person I've ever met. I'm so honored to be
able to teach No Sweat for her. Thank you Sue!
