One Spring morning in 2003, while working up a sweat at the gym, a fun and
bubbly Aerobics Instructor suggested that I should become a Fitness
Instructor. I gave it some thought and I thought my way right into Sue's
courses that September. (We had an awesome time, hey Anja!) Anyway, here I
am, a year later, teaching 'No Sweat" classes and having a blast! I really
like the concept of performing the same routine for 6-8 weeks so that the
participants may see results. It's exciting to be part of this high-energy,
fun and challenging workout! Thanks, Sue, for this opportunity and for all
