Aquafit Course
2023

 

Pre-requisite:

* Must be currently registered with CFES/BCRPA
* Current CPR & 1st Aid valid within 120 days of completion of this course

In this course you will learn:

  • How exercising in the water is different from training on land

  • The physical properties of water

  • The components of an aquafit and deep water classes

  • Class designs and how to choreograph exercises using the properties of water

  • Monitoring intensity in water and other important safety information

  • About working with special needs and special populations in the water.




Those who wish to become an instructor will need:

  • Level A CPR

  • Fitness First Aid

  • 80% passing mark on final exam

Square allows merchants to accept mobile credit card payments via a plastic dongle that can be inserted into

the port of a phone. Once the Buyer is ready to make a purchase, the Seller inputs the transaction into

the Square point-of-sale (POS) and presents the Buyer with the amount owed.
